Two carpenters / painters from Stage One, put the finishing touches to the underside of the Courtyard. A temporary scaffolding system was installed to ensure this element could be installed safely. The ETFE (Ethylene Tetra Fluoro Ethylene) Panels in the Courtyard are supplied by Vector Foiltec. The pillows are inflated with air.
